Difference in axis on prescription over a few months

I had my annual exam in June and my prescription was :
O.D. Sph -4.74 Cyl -0.25 Axis 120
O.S. Sph -4.25 Cyl -0.50 Axis 80

I was having problem with my dry eyes so I went to a doctor recently (different one because we moved over the summer) and they checked my prescription and now it's:

O.D. Sph -5.25 Cyl +0.25 Axis 035
O.S. Sph -5.00 Cyl +0.50 Axis 176

Would my axis on both eyes change that much in such a short time? And the Cyl went from negative to positive... The doctor said overall my prescription wasn't much different, but I didn't notice the astigmatism change till after I left, so I didn't get a chance to ask.

Will this have an impact on my prescription by a lot? And why would it be so different suddenly? Or is it not very different at all?

"cylinder" and "axis" have to do with astigmatism. You have virtually no astigmatism (the minimum amount would be 0.25)  So that part of your RX is not changed much.   Your new RX is 0.25  OD (RE) and 0.75 OS (LE) more myopic. It might have changed that much but if the test was done without dilating the pupils and you are younger than 40 the newer RX might be "over-minused".   So astigmatism no real difference.  RE no difference LE  more myopic but cannot tell if new or old RX is the correct one.
