Uneven pupil sizes for 4 months now.

I noticed that since I started experiencing dry eyes side effects in October 2011, that there was a big difference in size of pupils which is especially noticeable when the left eye's pupil is dilated.

I tried to talk to the Ophtalmologists about this but they all dismissed it as being either "nothing important" or "normal, probably something I have been born with", but I know for a fact that it's not the case, I have a mirror in the toilet and see my eyes everyday and I noticed this anomaly right away.

I was also diagnosed with Blepharitis 4 days ago by an ophtalmologist and asked if Blepharitis and uneven pupil sizes were linked and he said "not at all".

I read on the internet that uneven pupil size may be a serious condition due to underlying causes, which sort of doctor should I see for this?

Since I have seen 3 Ophtalmologists that didn't help with that, I'll try with a Neuro-Ophtalmologist this time and see how it goes, thank you.

The photo shows a significant difference in pupil size.  See another ophthalmologist or a neuro-ophthalmologist to determine the cause.
