VISION BLACKOUT,PINS AND NEEDLE,HEAD PAINS, LOW BLOOD PRESSURE??

I am only 18 years old but i still really want to know what is wrong with me

Sometimes i will start to lose my vision and then my eyes will go black but i can still talk and walk around while my vision is gone i get pins and needles in my hands then my vision comes back slowly along with head pain. what is this?  ALSO my hands get pins and needle when i get headaches and when i have panic/anxiety attacks please get back to me im really curious/worried

Those are potentially serious symptoms. You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist find one at www.aao.org  also see a internist or GP for a general physical. DIscuss your symptomms with both.
