Weird visual disturbance when pressing my eye

Hi

I have noticed in the last 2-3 weeks that when I rub my eyes and open them again I get a bit of a disturbance that radiates in the periphery of my vision before disappearing again. I would liken it to a migraine aura except it only occurs after pressure and lasts momentarily. I was hoping it was a pressure Phosphene but was hoping for clarification.
I am 38 years old and have a history of anxiety and panic disorder. I have had a dilated eye exam where I was told my left fundus disc is slightly raised superiorily. I’ve since had a clear brain MRI and other than that finding, the opthamologist states my eyes are fine. My recent visual field test came back fine too (2 weeks ago)
I would be grateful if someone could confirm this as a pressure Phosphene and alleviate my worry.
I might add that it doesn’t occur every time I rub my eye just some times and seems much worse if I’m anxious/ heart racing!
Very strange! Any help most greatly received.
