You do need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for an eye exam especially if someone looking at your or you looking in a mirror see the eye is constantly making small movements (Nystagmus).   Prolong use of video screen can cause myopia, dry eyes, eye strain and fatigue but should not cause shaky vision.

Hello cheers for the advice I have had 2 eye tests and eye exams over the last month and they said my eyes are 100% fine retina etc are fine and then he said I have eye strain and that was the cause of objects not looking completely still and gave me some glasses to wear when I game, but I am still worried, I have anxiety and I think the worst I’m only 17, I’ve also had a neurological exam done and all my coordination is fine would you have any other explanation? Is it definitely eye strain?
Assuming your eye exams were by Eye MD ophthalmologists (not non-MD optometrists and especially not some commercial chain store optical, and seen a neurologist and all normal its not likely physical disease and more likely anxiety.  You might want to discuss with y our parents and physicians seeing a psychiatrist to treat the anxiety.
I believe that is what it is over a year ago I used to get really bad panic and anxiety attack’s and used to think I had a brain tumour back then but I know it’s all in my head I hate it alot of the time I’m always anxious
Many people are anxious, or depresses, or both. Much of it is genetically determined and due to a person's biochemistry.  A psychiatrist can often find a mild medication to rid the person of most of the anxiety or depression. Also Cognitive Behavior Therapy is excellent for dealing with these types of problems.  Many people to their detriment use alcohol, tobacco, cannabis or hard drugs to control either anxieties.
