Change of Axis from 180 to 170

I've just compared my glasses prescription and realized one of my axes has changed from 180 to 170. I wonder what this mean. Is it good? Is it bad?

What is your prescription in astigmatism?
If only the axis changed by 10 degrees it is an unsignificant change.
