Will cornea abrasion help scar

About 10 years ago I had a herpetic outbreak on the cornea of my right eye.
The scar healed and I have had on more herpetic outbreaks. The scar left me with double and poor  vision. Would a cornea Abrasion procedure help my condition at all?

See a corneal surgeon to discuss using the eximer laser to resurface the eye. If the scars aren't too deep in can really help.
