i ended up at hospital again today with flasing eyes in night, i have to go back at 5pm for laser suergery to lower pressure in both eyes the pressure has been slightly high from the start of problem 22/23 what will this be like and is it a good or bad idea

Flashing lights are not related to a pressure of 22 or 23. Also, this pressure should be rechecked and other tests for glaucoma performed before treatment with laser or medications.
