Reducing eyesight during exercising

Hello,

Shortly after i start exercising, such as jogging or cycling, i notice my eyesight is being reduced. I wear contacts and after about half an hour, my vision is as worse as like i'm not wearing my contacts. The problem occurs in both eyes, and i notice some pressure on my eyes when i gently press them. Around 30 minutes after I stopped my sight returns to normal vision. Is this a normal phenomenom when wearing lenses or do other people keep good eyesight during intensive exercise?

Kind regards,

Marvin

The cheap *** fluid seems to work very well too. I think the problem had to do something with the thickness of the 3-month lenses, they are significantly thicker and now even without wearing cyling glasses my vision stays pretty sharp in the wind and rain.

Today i tried some different lenses and solution, and the problems are significantly reduced. I don't know if it will stay this way, but i still need to figure out if the problems were caused by the lenses or the solution itself.

Edit:

I'm currently using 3-month lenses, and i'm going to try 1-month lenses and perhaps use some different solution as well.

Thanks for your quick replies.

The problems only seems to occur when i'm wearing lenses. With glasses my vision stays relatively normal. I have to note that i don't see a lot of difference when i'm wearing sunglasses when cycling, but it could be a tearing problem due to the wind.

With the "pressure" i meant some burning feeling, which i notice more when i squeeze my eyes or when i press them.

Please determine if this is due to a surface problem such as tearing.  See if it is the same with glasses.  If so, you may need a workup to determine your metabolic status--particularly blood sugar.

"...i notice some pressure on my eyes when i gently press them"

This is kind of predictable.  But I'm sure the doctor will have a good explanation.
