good day
doc can you suggest a eyedrops for me..because my eye is dry and sometimes painful..i think this is the uncomfortable symptoms of pinguecula..
Sir I would like to know a home treatment for a stye or star in the eye.
because my eyee have that condition..and tommorow I will go and ask for a eyeglass..thanks
transitions lens are fine. They block UV light. If you get regular glasses ask for UV blocking coating. Wear a hat with a bill. Direct sun exposure is bad for pinguecula and can make them turn into pterygium that grows over the cornea
good day...can I ask f transition lenses is ok for a eye with Pinguecula?...because my eye have that kind of condition right now
If you were born with ptosis that's called "congenital ptosis" and not require a work-up and it is usually severe and necessitates surgery.
If that ptosis developed after birth its called "acquired ptosis" and does need a work up to look for possible causes

because this my left eye have ptosis..but I dont know when..its been long time when I notice first...I didnt give any attention because I am still young by then..and now I observe this because I grow already..is it all ptosis signifies an underlying condition..?
You can't judge ptosis without seeing both eyes. JCH
thanks for the response..is it ptosis alarming..?
The picture is not good enough quality to make a diagnosis but possibilities include a small conjunctival cyst, sun damage to the elastic fibers, pigment. Ask your eye doctor next time you're in to see him/her. It certainly doesn't look alarming.
