chronic red blood vessels going "into" my eye freckle

Hi. I'm 23 years old.I have had a freckle in my left eye for as long as I can remember, and it doesn't seem to have grown in size or anything, but I recently noticed about a year ago that I had these very bright red blood vessels sort of "streaming" to my freckle from the corner of my eye. The freckle sits right at the edge of the color in my eye and slightly goes into it, always has. I was always told that it is rare to have a freckle in the white of your eye and I have always thought it made me unique, but now all it does is make me look sort of zombie-esque due to the redness that is near the freckle. Both of my eyes are always a little red, but the redness near my feckle is another level. So, I just sort of ignored it for a couple months hoping it was maybe just not enough sleep or what have you, but it didn't go away. So I made an appointment at lens crafters and she told me I probably have eye cancer and that it seems the blood vessels were "feeding" my freckle. That is even what she wrote on my refferal slip. So then I went to see a specialist and he told me that she was a quack, and that is was probably just my contact lens irritating it because my freckle is slightly elevated, which I thought was odd, since I had been wearing contacts since I was about 12 with no problems. Anyways, I went along with it, and haven't been wearing my contacts for a good 7 months now and still I wake up fully rested to crimson red blood vessels in my left eye. I currently have a better job than I had when I fist went to see the specialist and lost my free health insurance. Now when I say better job, it is as an overnight stocker, which I hate but I need that extra 2 dollars, because I am still just barely paying all the bills and feeding myself. So I was telling myself for months what can I do? nothing.I can't afford to surgically remove my freckle and have it biopsied, which is what the above mentioned specialist had said would be his next step if my not wearing contacts didn't work. So then a co-worker said something to me which I amazingly hadn't thought of which was to try and make a payment plan, since it is life or death they would probably help me out, I'm clearly not the optimistic. So I was google-ing about how much this said procedure would cost when I came across articles saying that removing the nevus is not reccomended because if it is cancer, which i am all out of other options at this point, that scraping around in there would spread the cancer cells and the eye would end up having to be removed anyways, and basically every site makes it seem like I am going to end up losing my eye. The symptoms of eye cancer like blurred vision and pain I am not having, and it didn't list the red blood vessels as a symptom, only actually having a brown pigmentation, which i obviously have. Could I posibly not have cancer? What do you think is wrong with me? I feel like no one else has seen or heard of anything like it because I can't find anything about anyone having anything similar, redness without freckle sure. freckle without redness. Pleasseee, any information would be deeply appretiated. What should I do? Obviously not go back to the specialist that was soo highly recommended to me by my grandfather. But what?
