dilated pupils

How long should my pupils be dilated?  I recently went to an eye exam on Thursday oct 9 and my doctor put a lot of drops to numb and dilate my eyes.  since today my eyes are still dilated and I can barely walk outside because I can't see.  she also said there was a very small cut on my cornea but that im okay and that i just need new glasses.  tell me asap please.  i'm kind of worried.  that pupil is the same as my other eye too in the picture

Be sure the same drops are not used next time.

thanks so much.  they finally wore off though.  I was really worried though becaues i could barely see outside even if the sun wasn't out.

Call the "eye doctor" and ask what they used. Neosynephrine and mydryacil usually wear off in 2-4 hrs. cyclogel can last 1-3 days homatropine 3-7 days and atropine 2 weeks.

Have them go put it in your chart to only use weak, short acting drops.
