Chalazion removed, scar tissue or regrowing chalazion.

I recently had a chalazion removed, about a month ago, here recently i've noticed another bump that seems to be growing bigger, only thing is, this one is a little tender to the touch, like a sore feeling.

A chalazion is a plugged oil gland. Each lid has about 40 or so of these. So you have about 160+ chances of getting another one. The most common cause is "blepharitis"  Use the search feature and archives to read about the treatment of same. Starts with using lid cleaner everyday something like Ocusoft Platinum Plus or the new prescription Avenova lid cleaner.
