eye drops

Hello doctor thank you for helping me with my question,one more thing [smile]  this is really bothering me how come the doctors could not tell that i had eye dialation drops in my eye, why cant a doctor tell the difference between a blown pupil and a dialated pupil on drops thanks so much

CAN PILO DROPS HELP A FULL BLOWN PUPIL,THAT HAS NO MOVEMENT TO LIGHT AFTER A 2 YEAR ,OLD INJURY,WHEN IT HAS DAMAGED YOUR SPCHNTER MUSCLE ONE DOCTOR SAID IF THE PILO DROPS DO NOT WORK THAN IT IS YOUR SPCHNIER MUSCLE MUSCLE,THATS DESTROYED, SEE NO DOCTOR CAN TELL ME EXCTALLY WHAT IS WRONG DUE TO THAT MUSCLE IS SO TINY IT HAS TO BE THAT,SINCE EVERYTHING ELESE IN EYE LOOKS FINE, THE INJURY WAS A MARBLE HIT MY EYE VERY FAST,I USED SOME PILO DROPS AND I THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE SHRUNK IT A LITTLE, BUT ALL DOCTORS SAY ITS A FIXED PUPIL CAN THE DROPS ACTUALLY WORK,I DONT WANT TO KEEP PUTTING IN MY EYE IF ITS NOT GONNA BE PRODUCTIVE IN MY CASE

One of the dilating eye drops paralyzes the constrictor muscle of the pupil.  Trauma does the same thing.  Only time and or constricting drops differentiates the two.
