How to know that the blur vision is only cause of astigmatism or it is result of cataract?
My Vision is without glass R=6/6 and L=6/9, With glass R=6/6 with Cyl(-)0.50(30axis), L=6/6 with Cyl(-)0.75(160 axis). Should I go for cataract surgery? as the cataract is as small as like a pen point on pupil. As per my doctor it is Developmental. And is there any preventive medicine that can stop or slow the growth of cataract?
I have very high eye allergy. Wish to avoid steroid. So using Olopatadine 0.1% eye drop (4times/day) with Fexofenadine 120mg oral tablet (1time/day). But not getting the best result. What could be the best for allergic solution or should I take any NSAID for permanent solution? And what is the solution for very high eye dryness?

My age is 26years. Few months ago my doctor identified, I have cataract on both eyes and it is developmental. I am 5 feet 10inch in height and 73kg in weight. So, I become afraid. I do not wish to loose my god given lens at 26y only.
What is the high axis value in Cylindrical power means? Axis can vary for cataract?
Restasis in not available in my country. Tried Refresh Tear from Allergan, but not worked good. So searching the best.
I have acute eye allergy. Do not wish to take steroid. So is in search of non steroid drugs for solution.
(Adenosine, Nicotinamide, Cytochrome C & Sodium Succinate) combination product is available in BD. Will it hep me for dissolve the cataract? Taking 160mg or more Bilberry can help me?
