Dr My eyes are 3.5+ in age of 17 both eye 3.5+ but I have axis 115 in the left eye and 75 in the right eye when I use both eye I can see 6/6 but when I see with one eye it disturbs and I get 6/9 my dreams is to be a pilot is there any situation that can help me regarding this
It depends on what country you live in, what the requirements are of civilian and military aviation in your country. In some country refractive surgery (LASIK< PRK, etc) can be done to improve the vision without glasses to an acceptable level. So you need to start looking for the visual requirements in your country.
