i need help

hello can anyone help any ladies or men or docs
i have seen 5 different opticians all coming up with the same prescription  plus 3.75 in the right eye and  plus 4.25 in my left eye and i have slight astigmatism in both
i have had 2 fee consultations for laser treatment who have done xrays of the eyes, dilate the pupils,presure tests and lots of other tests and said apart from being longsighted i have no eye dieases
i am very fit with no medication and no illnesses and i am 39
right the problems i am having i will list below
when i look from side to side things are streaching and moving about?
at night its not glare but when i look out of my glasses as normal car lights from the back looks like there is another image underneath it, but when i look out of the rim of where the lens meet the frames it gives me 1 image not 2
also the same with small print things seem out of focus and distorted but when i tilt my head and look out of the rim things come into focus
i cant see properly out of the glasses only out of the bottom or the top but only out of about 2mm of the rim not out of the rest of the lens
can anyone help
so basically things are less distorted and more in focus not anywhere else out the glasses only where the lens meets the frame
please help as no-one will tell me

The prescription around the rim or in from the edge is not the same as the RX in the optical center (ther proper part to look through).

I suggest you see a neuro-ophthalmologist.

Also have the optician that made the the glasses to "mark the optical centers" and see if they are in the proper place over the center of your pupil when looking straight ahead with you head level.

could you tell me the prescription on the edge where i explained?
i have taken my glasses of and its hard to see without them but like in the car it says the time like on the number 3 instead of 3 lines there is a bit on the bottom making 4 lines but when i put my chin to my chest it goes normal this is without glasses on so i get this like above with glasses on aswell as glasses off what do you think may be the problem?
could you help i know this s not a diognosis but no-one is listening to me so dont know where to go

No I can't but an optician might by marking the clear point then putting it in a lensometer.
