First of all contacts are not bad for your eyes if you care for them properly and are under the care of a competent contact lens fitter. Not everyone can wear contacts and sometimes the ability to wear contacts develops especially with age, allergy or dry eyes.
You need to see an ophthalmologist to check you for eye problems related to your blurred vision and watering

I'm 23yrs old, female and my power of spectacles is increasing from past few months. I used to wear contact lenses on daily basis, but somebody suggested that its harmful so i quit wearing contact lenses and started wearing spectacles. But now i have realized that, my eyes are getting weak day by day and also started watering oftenly.
So can any one suggest, what i need to do. thanks.
There are too many causes for tearing to be specific or even make an intelligent guess about your problem. You need to see an eye MD ophthalmologist. Find one at www.aao.org
