lenses for cylindrical power

I have been wearing spectacles for about 12 years now i want to switch to lenses i recently had a checkup.This is the prescription                                                  

                       Sph   Cyl       Axis
right eye           4.5    2.0       175
left eye             4.0    2.5        5
can i use lenses and if i can than of what type.Thanks in advance

You can get a rigid gas perm lens or a toric soft lens.

I would think you would be able to use rigid gas permeable lenses -- probably not soft contacts, though, as you do have a significant amount of astigmatism.  Check with your eyecare professional.

hello my spherical and cylindrical numbers are actually negative i forgot to write -sign
