My vision is minimal when both eyes are open and appearance is very bad ,that`s why i want to change this situation ,i cant stand to live forever so .My MD told me that my opitic nerve has been damaged but i am not sure, there is some kind anlysis to prove this exept that my pupil is very large?
Depends on how bad your vision and the appearance of the eye. You would need to discuss this with your Eye MD who likely does not fit these types of contact lens.

Thank you very much for your advice !
I cant stand strong light and tend to close my eyes when i am exposed to sunlight. There are no signs of inflammation.I care a lot about my left eye .Pupil size is pretty large and iris is scarsely apparent .I had also corneal transplant surgery 10 years ago, after that my eye got infected ,another surgery i suppose is very difficult to undergo .I dont care so much about opereting side so much as for esthetic .But i can`t stand this situation. Is prosthetic contact lens the right choice to cover my eye?
REMEMBER: Your most important eye is the uninjured eye and you must do everything possible to protect it from another injury or eye disease or from systemic diseases like diabetes than can damage the eye. Live a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke or grow obese, eat a good diet, avoid activities that carry risks of eye injuries and consider wearing glasses to protect both eyes for your daily activities. Read the article I wrote about things you can do as you grow older to reduce the risk of age related macular degeneration.
You can discuss with your surgeon your concerns about the pupil size. If it has been dilated for 6 months it is not likely to recover unless you still are on red top eye drops that dilate the pupil to put it at rest (atropine, homatropine, cyclogyl). Down the line when all signs of inflammation have cleared and no further treatment is needed you can discuss a contact lens that has a iris and small pupil on it to cover the bigger pupil. Surgery to make the pupil smaller is generally not indicated until the pupil is huge and the debility from light (photophobia) severe. Even then it make the pupil smaller but it does not move, get bigger and smaller like a normal pupil.
