First, I just have eyestrain and feel dry, an eye Dr. gave me Refresh Tears eyedrop. I used it for 10days and once used contact lenses during that time. It was ok. Later, I have a flu, since I do nursery my new born, I took Doliprane Vitamin C than change to Efferalgan Vitamin C for 1week, and didn't use Refresh Tears during that time. But, I used contact lenses once again. 2days later, my eyes start itching during sleeping time.
I have history of tinea on my right hand since 12years ago and it happened sometimes. That few days, I noticed skin around fingers peeled, so I applied Cotrimazole cream on it. I automatically rubbed my eyelids while they closed gentlely. Next night, I applied Cotrimazole powder all over my face, but it doesn't work. Next night, I applied balm, but I felt it go worse. In the morning, I used Protect Honey shower cream to clean my face and eyelids, and it gone worse. On the 6th day, I used V.Rohto for eyedrop as and applied it on eyelids. I flat better using it for 5days. Then, I stopped it. 1day later, I started Refresh Tears, it's ok. Next day, I dropped it 2times, but I felt so itch again. I notice my eyelid rims are red, some eyelashes failed off with some tiny peeled skin like dandruff.
I feel my eyes are weak and dry, so I visited another eye Dr. He said my eyes are fine just only my eyelids are inflamed. So, he gave me Opticron, Maxitrol eyedrops, and TelFast pills. Than I need to back to the clinic next week. I really want to know what is the real cause of my eyelid inflamed. How long will it go away? Can it cure? How long can I back to wear monthly disposible contact lenses and my make up?
