subconjunctival hemorrhage w/ headache and nausea

I'm having severe headaches that are off and on, with mild vertigo, hurts to cry, blink and look to the sides. I slept in my contacts the night before, not sure if that was the cause. Called the ER they told me to come in but not sure if it's worth the trip (waiting and $$) I work for a doctor he looked at it and he said I'd be fine unless my vision became blurry, then I would need to go to the ER. I'm getting worried b/c it looks worse, and my headaches come and go. I have mild light sensitivity. Should I make an appt with an eye doctor or just go to the ER?

Likely IS your contacts. Leave them out. Use warm compresses and artifical tears. See your contact lens fitter (optometrist or ophthalmologist tomorrow). If you're in a lot of pain call them now.

Don't sleep in them anymore
