the best vision aid for farsighted over +24 diopters glasses?

My wife had a cataract operation in both eyes many years ago, and she never planted new lenses because of her eye low pressure. now, she is wearing glasses of +24 diopters for both eyes? and the vision is  not clear and foggy and about 20/150 after glasses?

What type may you recommend as a vision aid? and there is a device called eSight, would this work for her?

I have had no experience with eSight.   Why is her vision so bad? Does she have macular degeneration? amblyopia. If her eye was normal except no lens in it cataract glasses like + 24 should help.  That is a very high power and she may have pathological small eyes (nanophthalmos).  She needs to see a "Low Visual Aid" specialist. that is an Eye MD ophthalmologist or optometrist that helps people with subnomral vision find the best devices to help them deal with their disability. Most ophthalmologists work with one or two and should be able to help with a referral.
