Not at all likely that anything can be done to make it dramatically better or normal. You could bundle your records and see an oculoplastic surgeon and/or neuro-ophthalmologist at a different medical center or go to a world famous eye center like Bascom Palmer in Miami, Mayo clinic, etc.

Hi i have had ptosis in right eye for 16years now. When i first got it i had pains in chest pain in arm and my face dropped and eyelid. Few weeks later face came back eyelid was still same. After years the eyelid completely closed, i have now had two operations and my eye opens only slightly now, i have the double vision and the eye moves different to the other, sometimes it is closed. Causes headaches trying to keep it open. I have scans tests , lumber puncture angiagram and glass lenses, needles in hand and eyes, nothing found. I was discharged from doctors 10years now.. But i would like to know if anything else can be done.
Thanks
Kelly
At this point an examination is needed to answer your questions. The goal is to give your coordinated vision in both eyes and no double vision.

thanks for reply
as per ur suggestion ,, i will see eye md for the same ,, but wiil the eye can see in co ordination with the left eye ? what will happen if we undergoes strabismus surgery ,, ?
As you know a third nerve palsy consists of droopy eyelid (ptosis), dilated pupil (mydriasis) and double vision with the involved eye moved outward toward the ear.
These problems can be permanent even if the aneurysm is clipped.
She should see a Eye MD ideally a strabismus (eye muscle) specialist. If improvement is not seen over 4-9 months she may need lid and eye muscle surgery.
