trouble with my eyes.

Hello i have been having this problem for a long time.

when im viewing fast moving objects be it in movies or a game or even in the car it cant *follow* it it seems and my eyes start hurting. i can follow my finger just fine but when objects move fast it hurts my eyes and they become dissoriented.

for example when im playing a  game on my nintendo ds and i run in it the objects around it will blur and it hurts my eyes. if im watching a movie the same happens as the camera pans. if i close one of my eyes it wont happen and my eye(s) dont hurt. i also close my right eye all the time for a few seconds but i been doing that for YEARS. i NEVER noticed it before and i think something is wrong.

im going to the eye doctor today but i dont want to sound crazy! what should i tell him? how should i put it so he understands?
