urgent serious help...please help... in my tear gland region.... (in inner edge of my eye)...

my right is very dry especially near the tear gland region near the inner edge of the eyes),it doestn't produce any tears... i think that some serious infection is there, because i got lot of chemical irritation before... even when i cry of this, my left eye produce tears, but my right eye's inner edge region(near nose)doesn't produce any tears at all, only the outer edge of right eye produce some. i already consulted the doctor of it a week ago, he gave me hypotears, and said no medicines will be of any help. but now the infection has worsened. i had for many days...i had a minute red spot in that region(not hard),but a very soft bump(very minute, visible only near) in the skin area around the eyelid... i pressed it hard during the week days for it to disappear... i used some almond oil,moisturising creams, eye roll on,anti wrinkle creams in that region(NEAR EYELID) ,and used hypotears .

when i woke up in this sunday morning, it was a disaster of disasters in my life.i am an indian and i am 16 year old. my left eye is ok, but my right eye is also ok. the minute red bump has gone(disappeared). BUT THE REGION  0F EYE LID NEAR MY INNER EDGE HAS SWOLLEN A LITTLE, AND MY EYELID IS CREARLY BECOME VERY ERECT AND INVISIBLE. IT LOOKS PARTIALLY LIKE A CHINEASE EYE!!! I CANNOT DIGEST THIS AT ALL. I CRIED A LOT. STOPPED USING EVERYTING,WASHED MY EYES WITH WATER. even when i cried, the right eye inner edge didn't produce any tears at all,only my left eye did. I COULD NOTICE A NEW FAT TISSUE DEVELOPING IN THE INNER EYELID REGION,DOMINATING IT.  i think if there is any blockage in tear duct region in the inner right eye(near nose).outer eyelid is ok.

PLEASE HELP ME. PLEASE GIVE YOUR SUGGESTIONS.PLEASE PRAY GOD TO HELP ME.PLEASE PRAY GOD TO CURE IT. PLEASE.....I FEEL NOTHING IN MY LIFE COULD AFFECT ME LIKE THIS, I COULD HAVE DIED FOR BEING LIKE THIS....

how the condition is improved doctor. but when i lift my eyelid and see my right eye,i can't see a definite,single eyelid as in case of my right eye. yesterday, my right eyelid was very erect almost disappearing,thin. but now it is thick,and i can see a another layer like thing over laping near the inner edge which is not good to look at.i cannot tolerate it at all. i had lot of problems before as you know,but this overwhelms all,and makes all of my previous problems look small. i was almost about to say you that all was fine to you,when this had arisen.

i think this had arisen because of my computer eyestrain. i think that there must be some damage connecting to the nerves of eyelid. i had some acute,very short pain in my right eye on Thursday evening while working on computer.a blood vessels suddenly appeared on my right eye inner edge. i used HYPOTEARS which my doctor had earlier prescribed for allergy.then it was ok. please answer few question.

1)can we sleep after using eyedrops?
2)can we use emollient on eyelids?

is it some problem on  levators muscles connecting our eyelids? please reply.

Calm down. If this is the disaster of you life its going to be a great life. Tell your parents. And get to see an ophthalmologist, your family MD can help arrange a consultation.

i can feel clearly that an extra muscle has developed over my eyelid,which overlaps my eyelid,making it dimnishing near the inner edge of the eye.please tell me what can be done. shall it be cleared within  a week?
