36yr unexplained infertility issues-Any suggestions?

Help! Healthy just turned 36yr that is going on almost 1 yr without having a menstral cycle. My irregular cycle started when I left my husband (who I had been w/since I was 16) @almost 32. Prior healthy weight till I turned 30-and gained unexplained 30 lbs.( I lost thru eating right and excerise) Never been able to be on birth control for very long, but had normal cycles with no PMS or pain. From 33-35 had maybe 14periods total. Last year, stress of working two jobs, school, buying a house and losing my little 18yr brother has affected my fertility. My periods have stopped and I have some hot flashes. So, I went to my OBGYN who did some testing. My FSH was 110, I gained the 30lbs back, normal PAPs, normal thyroid, normal metabolic, kidney function,no diabetes, no high blood pressure,no vitamin dificiencys, never smoked nor drink, only drink hot tea's and water only, eat very healthy and exercise. Was told I was the picture of health that my labs were better than a 20yr old. I have never had the flu and its been over 5 yrs since I had common cold. My OBGYN put me on generic HRT, (patch and progesterone pills) I was losing weight (going to fat clinic Dr) but now the HRT is making me feel like crap and gaining more weight. At this point, I'm at loss, cause I just dont know where turn. I have one Dr who is going to help me with bioidential hormones and other Dr OBGYN that is doesn't think outside the box. She said that I was in premature meno and that I couldnt a have another baby. That I would have to do egg donor. I thank God for my  two teenagers that I have now. Any one have any suggestion?

What would make her think you are in premature meno? Just because your FSH is 10? I know they say over 9 is high but you never mentioned a reproductive dr but that is what I would say if you really want to have another baby.  Are you remarried now?

110 was yoru FSH right? 9 is deminished and 13 or higher is considered pre meno and over 16 is considered that you are on Menopause. You have all the signs and you woudl ahve to do egg donation. I say that your stress was not the cause of your infertility and that before you atarted gaining wieght and stopping periods it was already going that direction. Egg donation has worked for many! Also surogate! Egg donation I would think will work better you being so healthy too. Best of luck

It was actually 110- which is meno. Yes, I'm remarried now. Actually, next month, I will be going to a specialist in my area that is an MD who thinks outside the box and treat hollistic methods. Her practice also does accuptunure and Oriental Medicine. I'm not opposed to egg donnation it can be very expensive. I think my first problem is getting myself back to balance and maybe having the look at my HRT levels. So, I can feel like myself again. I'm working out and going to a Weight loss Dr so that I can drop this extra weight due to the hormones. After that if I can focus on a having a baby. I'm just so frustered- that its unexplained. I'm hoping the new Dr will do an ultrasound so they can check to make sure nothing else is wrong. I guess I was to just not ready to be told I'm done.Thank you for your comments.
