That's what my RE told me to do after my transfer, and it actually helps with the absorption of the new gel; but you could always call and ask your RE, too, just to make sure. Gently removing it with your finger shouldn't be much different than using the insert to inject the crinone. :-)
Thanks heather. Is that ok to do after transfer? Bc they told me no sex etc and also no pap smear I was due next week so they said to cancel it so u think sticking my finger in there is ok? Thx for all ur help you've answered a couple of my posts before I appreciate it

No worries. Crinone can do that. I had some brownish discharge here and there when I was on it. Oh and just FYI, if your RE did not say anything about it, it's a good idea to use a finger and gently remove the buildup of crinone every few days (right before applying the new gel). This will prevent most of the weird "cottage-cheese" looking discharge and also help with the absorption of the new gel. Best of luck!!!
