Pregnancy test tomorrow... nervous!

Question

I had 2, 4 cell embryos transferred on day 2. Tomorrow is 12dotpt and I have my first of 2 blood draws for Beta levels. I am not cheating with a hpt because it sounds like a lot of ladies get incorrect results. I am desperate for a BFP tomorrow. I am on Crinone gel as well.
   My symptoms during this 2ww have been;
Cramping
bloating
Gas
Lower back pain
Trouble sleeping
Fatigue
Flushed, heated skin
Hearing my heartbeat in my ears when laying down

Did any of these symptoms end in a BFP for anyone?

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and saw a heartbeat! My symptoms seemed to be shared by lots of pregnant women, especially the weird dreams. Good luck to everyone

Thank you so much for this breakdown, i did a hpg yesterday on day 6pET and I see that ofcourse it would come out negative there really isnt any hcg in my bloodstream.

Congrats!!!! I have my first blood work on 11/06, I have been having the same symptoms, including weird dreams- that my husband was possessed and I had to perform an exorcism lol.

Omg!!! Really!! I've been having like three dreams in the same night but weird so weird I even walk up crying. Is that normal?  But I was stp and did a hpt and BFN after 6dpt in a 3dt

I got a BFP! Beta was 195. I would as like to add weird and intense dreams to list of symptoms.

Thank you, am still looking for any signs but nothing, except for sensitive nipples but I think that's the reaction if the hormones that am injecting. So nervous!!! Day 5 after a 3dt

This is what happens in a 3 day transfer:

1 day post transfer - embryo is growing and developing
2  days post transfer - Embryo is now a blastocyst
3 days post transfer - Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4 days post transfer - Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5 days post transfer - Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6 days post transfer - Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7 days post transfer - Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &  fetal cells
8 days post transfer - Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9 days post transfer - More HCG is produced as fetus develops 
10 days post transfer - More HCG is produced as fetus develops 
11 days post transfer - HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Unfortunately, there is no text book answer.  Some have tons of symptoms, some have 0- like me.  All we can do is wait.  I will get right back with a breakdown as to what is happening with the embryos day to day though...

Hi am new at this chat, I did my transfer Monday Oct. 21 a 3dt. Am so nervious. What should I expect in symptoms for the next coming days?

Best of luck! I didn't "cheat" either, I figured why bother since the definitive test is from the doctor? Symptoms in the 2ww are really tough to gauge with IVF because of all of the medication/hormones, so just hang in there and we all hope you get that bfp!
