MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
What was the cause of your miscarriage? After a miscarriage it is usually advisable to wait for a period of at least 3 months or wait till you have your periods before trying to conceive again. This gives time to heal which is important for your body and mind .What was the cause of your miscarriage? If the cause was known and is treatable it is suggested to talk to your doctor and take complete treatment. Take a healthy diet and adequate sleep. Try having sex during ovulation days .It maximizes your chances of conceiving. For more queries and assistance it is best to consult a gynecologist. I sincerely hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
