ovulation day?? :/

I have a 28 day cycle and I was wondering what day is it most likely you actually ovulate I know ur suposed to start testing from day 11 or 12 till u get a positive result that indicates you are ovulating but what day mostly is it from the 1st day of ur last period when you ovulate to be exact as possible.... Thanks

Yes, it's usually around day 14, give or take a day or two (everyone's a little different). With a consisten 28-day cycle, I would say you ovulate sometime between day 12 and 16, since a normal luteal phase (the time between ovulation and your next period) is between 12 and 16 days.

U ovulate 14 days before your period.  so u would more than likely O on the 14th day. It is always 14 days after u O that your period comes on so if you always have a 28 day cycle then U will O on cd 14. cd 1 is the first day of your period.

If your cycle is 29 days then u will O on cd 15 .
If your cycle  is 30 days then u will O on cd 16.
