I have pcos so i was told that the opk is not always right.
As Heather said, it would be hard to see the trend. But, you can always start now, and if your temp shifts by .4(whatever the shift is suppose to be) you can assume hummm, maybe i ovulated, then compare the temps to next month and hope you ovulate on the same CD. If you take your temps now, they should be low, for example my normal temp is in the 97.2-97.6 so i no if i take my temp late and it above 97.6 i no i ovulated already. But that also came with many months of charting, using opks, and knowing my body.
I wish you much luck, use opks for the next few days also, while your taking your temps
If you were to ovulate within the next couple of days, it would be a bit hard to see the low/high trend, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to start now. Good luck!
