Have they checked your thyroid I was told I had pcos but also have hypothyroid and I gained 20 lbs in matter of couple months :( I've been working out guess its helped haven't lost weight but I stopped gaining I feel ur frustration it's depressing
I have pcos too. My acupuncturist says to cut out the sugar. She's also put me on supplements for my overall health and I see her 1-2 times a week which is great for ttc and pcos. My RE has put me on metformin which is commonly used for diabetics(I'm not a diabetic). It's hard on your tummy but if you stick it out and take it it does get much better. Whatever excercise you can do is helpful too. Swimming and walking would be a start. Pregnancy is possible with pcos it just may take longer. If you have any other questions message me and I would be happy to help you.
Best wishes

I will be 34 next month and I have no children. I have had two miscarriages. The first one was about three years ago. After that I could not bear the thought of trying again. I decided to try again and I discovered I had PCOS I take metformin (not a diabetic) and clomid. It is difficult and if you have not been through it you cannot possibly understand. I have also been told to consider losing weight, and it is hard. I've been losing weight since my last pregnancy and it fluctuates. I miscarried in december right before christmas and started back trying three months ago. I decided to take a break this month and have my boyfriend tested to see what is going on on his end. I am sick of the medication, ultrasounds, lab work, and ovulation tests. I met a lab assistant who gave me a scripture to read over Isaiah 26:3. Don't be discouraged, it helps to know that you are not alone. I've seen people of all sizes become pregnant.
