4th IVF failed and pain near the public bone

I am new to this website.

I am 37 yrs old female having infertility problem. I have undergone 4 IVFs.

The last IVF was done recently in Mumbai, India. Embryo was transferred on Feb 14th. Dr suggested to take 2 days of bed rest after transfer and then onwards, I was asked to do normal activities.

On Feb 15th morning(next day of transfer), I started passing loose motion. Dr., asked me to take only one Limotil tablet. It helped only for a day. Again, loose motion continued for 2 more days. Then consulted general physician. She gave some medicine, which helped in stopping loose motion. I took this medicine only for a day. And, I had mentioned to her about the treatment. And she said the medicine what she gave won't harm transferred embryos.

Later I found out through internet that, the vaginal suppository (progesterone) was causing the loose motion.

After 2 days of transferring, I was doing normal activities. But, I was taking rest whenever possible.

Then, on Feb 21st evening, I took direct flight from Mumbai to USA. Before starting there, I used one suppository and in flight, I used one. All other medicines I was taking on time. The flight was a direct flight, 19hrs journey. After landing in USA on Feb 22nd morning, I went to restroom in the airport, and found that I was bleeding. I was very shocked.

After coming home, I took complete bed rest. But bleeding didn't stop. I was getting cramps and passing linings. Called Dr., and he said it is very uncommon that the luteal phase cannot be so short and flight journey should not cause this problem. Usually I get my periods every 30-33 days. This time i got it on 26th day.

After embryo transfer, I was getting mild pulling pain near the public bone (panty line) and near the groins frequently.

Now, during the periods, on the left side of pubic bone(panty line), I feel, inside something is swollen and hurts a lot during the evening. And, even today (5th day of period), I am still bleeding and it is hurting.

On Sat, Feb 28th, I am scheduled to go for pregnancy test. Since I have already got my periods, I am not going.

Please explain me, why I started bleeding so soon and why the public bone area is hurting? And what should I do? Should I consult a dr?

I am really depressed. Since 2002, I have been going through infertility treatments. So far, I have gone for 2 IUIS, 3 IVFS, 1 frozen cycle. Got conceived only in 1st IVF, but as the baby's heatbeat was very low, it died during the 10th week. I had 2 ectopic, and lost both the tubes in these pregnancies. In the first ectopic, tube was ruptured inside and had to do c-section to remove the tube and I got blood transfusion. In the 2nd ectopic, tube was removed through laparoscopy. I had 2 natural pregnancies but miscarried during 8-9 weeks. I have gone though so many disappointments. I have spent nearly $75k. I am really tired of this life. I feel guilty that I couldn't give a baby to my husband. He is very supportive.  I am helpless. Please console me and advice me what to do next.

please domt get depresed these things somtimes happen for a reason unknown by us but GOD always knows why and when so do not loose hope and do not    do no obssess over it if you do it will never happen I KNOW IT IS VERY HARD TO  not to obsses when this route if clearly a difficult one but SHAKE it off and well my friend life goes on   PRAY PRAY TO GOD and he will but with faith to  him and he will give you what you are needing

OH my I trully don't know what to say.  Except I am trully sorry for all of your misfortune.  Did you do a home preg test to make sure you are not.  some people bleed through there period.  Have faith that yours is on its way
