I did not feel anything although after my second IUI I had a little bit of spotting.

i have done 6 IUI's. the past 5 ones i felt crampy and bloated but this last one i didn't really feel anything. i guess it depends on the meds you take and everything.

I felt kinda sore after IUI. I got slight cramps and had some spotting. i was having ovulation pain as well. The second time I did IUI I had a headache and was tired so I just slept afterwards.

It depends...sometimes, I felt crampy, like after a yearly exam. Sometimes, I got mild OHSS, so those symptoms dwarfed anything else. This time, I don't feel anything to speak of...maybe some achiness like from cysts, which I usually get from the meds.
