Anyone on Estrace and/or the Vivelle patch

I am on 3 pills of estrace a day and a Vivelle patch every other day.  Have been on it for 2 weeks now, gained about 5 lbs and go in this Friday for the transfer.  I will stay on the meds til Aug. 15th, which is the date of the blood test to see if I am pregnant, then if it is a positive, I will be on it for 8 more weeks.  Yikes, didn't expect to gain even more.  Anyone else in this situation?

I gained from my first round, as I was taking many shots and trying to use my own eggs, but now I am using an Egg donor with my husbands sperm, so don't have to take all of the shots, except I start progesterone oil shots tomorrow, just wondered if it is stress, eating habits or the meds.

I started the Progesterone oil shots today.  Great, just what I need is more weight.  I woke up 3 lbs heavier this morning.  Wish I knew what it was.

It could be the estrogen, but in my experience estrogen doesn't make you fat.  For me, it wasn't until the progesterone that I felt bloated.  It could be stress, making you eat, too.  :)
