Anyone tried Trad Chinese Medicine?

I'm posting a bunch of questions today! Sorry...

Has anyone tried TCM (acupuncture and herbs) for getting preggo? I had a consultation and was recommended Angelica and another herb and acupuncture. Am interested in the latter but not so sure about the former since I'm already on Clomid. Has anyone tried this route?

tinkerbell, I was told by the specialist that certain fertility herbs work well for certain patients, depending on where the problem is. so perhaps it has to do with what type of formula is tried? i don't know, i'm not totally sold on this yet.

I had acupuncture done and I've gotten pregnant twice; once after 4 IUIs (last 2 IUIs with acu), which I miscarried; and once after 5 IUIs (last 3 IUIs with acu) which is currently successful -- I'm only 4w5ds along, but my numbers look good so far.  Both my dh & I believe the acupuncture helped, but there's no control, so it's hard to say.  If you can afford it, why not do it!  It's supposed to help with (1) stimulated follicle development; and (2) implantation.  Hope that helps.

I tried Tiaojing Cuynn Wan for 2 months which was sachets of 20 pills in which you take twice a day. They didn't work for me but thats just my experience. They are safe to take with Clomid. Good luck x
