August IUI's?

I was wondering if there was anyone having an IUI in August? I'm going to do my 3rd IUI in mid-August. It is also my 3rd month on Clomid. Thanks and lots of Baby Dust to everyone <3

Hi,

I also got a negative on 12 dpo.  I got an extremely faint (maybe I'm imagining it line) on DPO14.  I got a faint line on DPO15, and DPO18.  But my blood tests yesterday showed good levels (DPO 19).

There is still a chance.  12 DPO is still too early to see a positive for most women, even if they are pregnant.

The real answer is if AF arrives.  Let us know!

Congrats!!!  That's awesome.  I'm on my 3rd round of Clomid, took one month off because I got a cyst from the clomid and my first IUI.  So hopefully I'll follow you :-)

Yes, tested again today DPO17.  Definitely positive!  Yippee.  It took 3 rounds of clomid, 1 rest month, one month of femara, and it is the third attempt at IUI.

I think that sounds like a positive to me :-)  Did you test again?

I'm 10dpo and feel all sorts of things but don't know if it's in my head or real :-)  I really want this to happen so bad.  I guess time will tell!!!

Hi Everyone,
I am a little behind everyone, I just had my IUI on August 31.  I am natural, just taking vitamins. I had lining of 11.7 and a follicle at 21 the previous day, so I am praying this is my cycle. I test on Sept. 14. Sending baby dust to all!

OMG!  

Well, my period was due last night, or latest today, today being DPO15. I did take a HPT last night. Imagined the faintest of faint lines after the prescribed 3 minutes, if I looked at it in exactly the right light / angle. Hahaha... how we want these things to happen. Went away and then came back after 45 minutes and looked again. Way late, but a clear but thin second line. So maybe or maybe not!

I didn't sleep very well last night and I do feel like my period is about to arrive.

So, I tested again this morning. This time there's definitely a very faint second line. Do I dare to hope? Still cramping, just like period about to arrive.

Well, test again tomorrow morning. If I am, by then, it should be clear. Let's see.

Hi Everyone,

I'm now DPO12.  No symptoms other than slightly sore breasts.  Feel like AF is on her way.  Sadly not my cycle.  Hope she hurries up and gets here so I can get working onthe next cycle.

I am sad today as I had hoped I could be pregnant before I turn 40 on Saturday.  But alas, it seems that it is not to be.

2.5 mg of femara is the normal dose.  I was also on that.  No side effects on femara, unlike with clomid, which had heaps of side effects.

However, I am not giving up!  Will contact my Obe soon as AF arrives so we can plan the next cycle.

I'm on my 2nd round of letrozol/ femara and the only side effects I have experienced are headaches and no filter (meaning that I blurt random stuff out and feel like I cant control it) I know it sounds weird but it only happens on this medicine lol. I am on day # 3 and will start opk testing on fri. I hope that you are feeling ok.

Anyone have any updates with BFP??

I just had my first iui on the 25th. I took clomid 100mg for days 3-7. I feel like crap right now. I have nausea and almost vomitted twice. My bbs are sore and am cramping. had some constipation but, it went away. Good luck all.

Hi everyone!  I'm on 3dpiui and feeling good.  I had a fullness/heavy feel yesterday.  And alittle cramping.  But other than that I've been doing well.  I'm just hoping this tww goes by really fast.  How is everyone else feeling?  Hope you are all doing well!!!

Hi Everyone,

Today is Day 7.  Last night was my last dose of 7 days progesterone (crinone).  

I am having slight cramping and a bit of feeling of pressure.  Boobs are a little more sensitive than usual, but that's all.  All could be due to the progesterone.

I read that bleeding can start early than usual if one takes progesterone and are not pregnant.  But that the progesterone concentration from the crinonone stays high for about 3 days after the last dose, by which time if one is pregnant hopefully the follicle has taken over.

Had my 4th IUI on Tuesday August 24th which was also my 8th year anniversary!  I was on my first round of fertility shots (Menopur 2 amps first 4 days and 3 amps until saturday) with HCG on Sunday night.  I had been on 3 rounds of clomid 150 before that... Wishing everyone baby dust all over and hope that we all get a BFP!!!

hi ladies! I have been put on Letrozole 5 mg days 5-9 and would be going for my 1st IUI on Sep 2nd...I start the letrozole tomorrow..
can anyone share their letrozole experiences ? any side effects I should look out for?
I was on Clomid 100 mg for two cycles and that did not suit me at all..

Hi everyone!  I just had my first IUI this morning.  I'm really hopeful this will work out :-)  I have PCOS, so I don't ovulate on my own. I'm on my 3rd round of clomid.  My 2nd round I did get a cyst but that has gone away.  I thought I was out this month since I hadn't gotten my +opk.  I finally did yesterday on CD 23.  I had alot of EWCM yesterday and the day before and some cramping.  So I'm hoping things are looking well.  Good luck to you all.  I hope this works for everyone.  How are you all doing since your IUI?  Any good symptoms????

Hi ladies... just wanted to join in:)

I just completed my 3rd round of IUI today.  I have been on clomid 50mg for 3 months now. I was given Estradiol this cycle bc my uterine lining was only measuring 5.7mm. My RE said she likes to see it between 6-8, so hopefully the Estradiol helped.  I had some EWCM this morning and some twinges before going in for my appointment.  Hopefully 3rd time is a charm.

Sounds like we are doing the exact same thing...
I have been on metformin for 11 months now.  Take progesterone to get a period.  This cycle on days 3-7 I took 5mg of Letrozole (femera) instead of clomid which never worked for me.  Day 13 went in for an ultrasound and had an egg measuring 17.5mm.  2 days laters had a positive on my OPK and went in on 8/19 for my first IUI.

Have had very sensitive nipples ever since and am very tired.  I hope I am not psyching myself up and this month will finally be our month!

Hi everyone!  I had my first IUI on 16 Aug. I went for natural ovulation (no meds). I had a  16 mm follicle on CD11 and 21 day progesterone levels is 11.5.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share my story. I just did my 3rd IUI on August 22nd.  I am super excited and hopeful that this is the ONE!  I started out on 50mg of Clomid and progressed to 75mg on my second IUI.  On this last one, I used 100mg of Clomid on days 3-7 with an injection of Bravelle on day 7.  I had either one very large or 2 large follicles on my right side and a bunch under 10 on my left side.  My husband's post-wash sperm count was 8.7 million with 83% motility.  Fingers crossed!!!  I go for my beta on September 7th.
