BBT all over the place?

I know that alcohol and not taking BBT at the same time are two reasons to get fluctuating temps - but what are some others?  I am taking it at 6:15 a.m. every morning (I use an alarm) and I don't drink.  Here's my chart - any help will be appreciated!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the fluctuations, your temps are still within the normal range for the follicular phase (before O), and I'm sure you'll still see a clear rise after ovulation. Good luck this cycle!
