Just got pergesterone level...is it good?

Went to the RE this morning for some blood work (and they took alot of blood!)  anyways when I went in a few weeks ago I was 5 DPO and they did my pergesterone(spelling?) level.  At 5 DPO they said it was 31.  Is that good or should I be concerned?  I go bakc to have a consultation with the RE about the blood work results on April 2 .  Thanks girls!

Well AF came into town on Sunday.  This will be my first natural cycle after 6 rounds of clomid so I hope my number stays good!

That's a very good #, IMHO!  Also, most tests are 7-8 days past ovulation - with yours being only 5 DPO, it's very good!

Typically, on a medicated cycle progesterone above 15 is considered very good.  Your level definitely indicates that you O'd with several eggs.  Like lhughes said, 31 is excellent.

Ask your doc what his parameters are for concern with progesterone.  According to my RE, he wanted progesterone numbers in the 20s at a minimum naturally, with progesterone supplements he wanted numbers towards 30s.  Mine were below 10 at positive preg test, so we did suppositories (1x, 2x, 3x) then shots to maintain a good enough level for my doc.  That's my docs parameters, I'm sure each doc has their own.  But, from my viewpoint, 31 is excellent.
