I went for a CD12 follie check thinking she would send me home and have me come back next week.  I usually ovulate CD 17 - 20.

But, NO!  I had a nice HUGE follie measuring at 24!  My lining was 9.5.  I did 5mg of Femara on CD 3 - 7!  So pumped!  We did the HCG right then and we are headed back at 9:30 in the morning for the IUI!  I am so happy this isn't going to be a long drawn out cycle and that the Femara worked!!  Woooopeeee!!

My sister in law takes hers before she goes to bed - it helps with the dizziness.  

1 big follicle is all you need.  I only ovulate one follicle on all medications.  I was very happy with my 24mm!  

You should test tomorrow or Thursday!  Good Luck!

I took clomid Cd5-9 and my RE put me on Prometrium after IUI..its killing me..i get dizzy after 1 hour of taking that yellow pill..and i even fainted this saturday when we had some guests from toronto..that was embarrasing...
Well i didnt test yet..and i dont even want to...tired of seeing BFN's in last 1 year :) not even thinking much about it as i had only 1 big follicle even after taking clomid...so i dont have positive vibes for this cycle ..i am already preparing myself for 2nd IUI..3 more days of counting and the result will be here:)
I have sore boobs but that happens everymonth to me 1 week before AF..so not counting it as a sympt.

I'm doing good - you know, just the normal anxiety in the 2WW.  I am 4DPIUI.  

I am not taking prometrium...I took Femara CD 3 - 7 and that was it!  

Have you tested yet?  I bought some cheap tests on ebay and I've been testing to see when the trigger gets out of my system.  Keep me updated!

If yes ,any side effects?

Back from the RE - and the IUI was a success!  My husband broke their record with 837.7 million sperm!  Holy COW!  The total normal count was 670.2 million!  Also, he said that my egg was releasing right then, so it was perfect timing!  I am pretty pumped!  Apparently it was EVERYONE's day to ovulate because there was about 20 people waiting...I waiting for 2 hours!  Now, I am in the 2WW - and I hope it is stress free...with a Christmas baby!

She did say to BD tonight and tomorrow - so that is the plan!  I've got the sample and heading out the door!  Soooooo excited!

Congrats on the big follicle! Today is your O. My RE has done my IUIs ~24 hours after the trigger. He told me that most people O around 36 hours later and that it's good to have the sperm waiting for the egg. He also recommended we BD that night or the next morning just in case we O a little late. Good luck with the IUI! SSBD!

Ok - quick question.

When do you think I will ovulate?  I took the trigger at 11:30am yesterday and I am having the IUI at 9:30 this morning.  Should I count today as my O or tomorrow?

I had no intention of the Femara working at all this month - especially this early!  I took Femara a few months ago and I never ovulated!  I hope this is your month too!  Good luck on Monday!  

As for me...DH is about to do his thing (poor guy!) and we are going to head out and drop it off then go get some breakfast and then IUI at 9:30!  Wish me luck.

congratulations!!!  I am praying for this to be your month!  You have given me hope...I am going through my third IUI cycle.  I did clomid the first 2 times and am now on femara.  I go Monday for my ultrasound so let's hope it works as well for me!  Sticky baby dust to you!

Thanks everyone!  I had an IUI this time last year on clomid and I was a wreck during the TWW.  I didn't really have any symptoms.  My mom got me alot of lavender stuff to help with the anxiety.  I was working then so it was easy to be distracted.  I'm not working now so it should make for a very hectic TWW!

Hey congrats!! I know its very exciting :) just had my 1st IUI on april 4th..m excited for the results but this 2ww is tough:) I was on clmid cd5-cd9 and now on prometrium...going for progestrone tomm..lets see..i dont even know what to expect..
