Calling All Women of Strength!!!

A Strong Woman VS. A Woman Of Strength

A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape…
But a woman of strength builds relationships to keep her soul in shape.

A strong woman isn't afraid of anything…
But a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of fear.

A strong woman won't let anyone get the better of her…
But a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future…
A woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be unexpected blessings and capitalizes on them.

A strong woman wears a look of confidence on her face…
But a woman of strength wears grace.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey…
But a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

Thanks for your opinions on names.  I like Ryan too.  I forgot to mention that Joshua is also on the list but Joseph would not go for a middle name.  My husband is not too sure if he likes Ryan at all so I'll have to keep bringing it up and see if he starts to like it.  it seems realistic to me when I picture calling my son Ryan.  I agree that it is a good little boy name and also a good manly name.

mommyin10-Good luck at your high risk appt:)

ad_06 - wow well congratz!!! The doctor was monitoring my follicles at first just to make sure that they were growing and now he just does blood tests to see if I have ovulated...

mommyin10 - yer it would make life a lot less stressful if someone could tell me!! I am thinking that if I am not pregnant within the next 2 months on clomid then I will just go straight to IVF... I have been trying for long enough this way, hopefully it has finally worked though!!!! :-)

dnikki0928 - Thanx for crossing your fingers for me!!! I am extremely irregular with my cycles... when I am not taking anything I have gone up to 10 months with no period. Everytime I have ever been on clomid though I have gotten them about one week after I stop taking them or if I dont get a proper period I get heaps of that browny dry blood looking stuff at about the same time and it usually lasts about 2 weeks (my body is totally messed up) this is the first time that I have not had anything at all... not even a spot. All month I have been positive that this was not my month, I kept nearly forgetting to take my tables and everything!! luckily my partner was on my tail about it lol but yer just the symptoms I have are different to anything i have ever had before, I still cant see myself having a positive though.

lilmzk: Welcome to our thread! Like the other ladies have said, we are a very supportive group of gals :-) We ask each other anything and everything and we are always here for each other if things get tough. How many days are your cycles usually? I ask that b/c you should be able to take a HPT earlier than Thursday... I hope this is your BFP! My last cycle back in May I thought for sure was a failure. I felt like af was going to start at any moment and for some reason I just tested at 10DPO and I got a big fat PREGNANT! So, I keeping my fx for you!

Ad: Everything will be fine off the progesterone...With DS I took it until 12wks and this time around he had me stop at 10 and I asked him why. He said 10wks was sufficient and 12wks was kind of an overkill on it. Good luck at your appt. on Monday!

Mrspace: It's nice to hear from you! Sounds like things are going fairly well :-) Keep us updated! Oh, and I would call the doc, you should have had a cycle by now. See what they say. Maybe b/c you had so much work done it might take longer? Idk, just a guess. Have a good wkend!

Mommyin10: More moulding was put up today :-) DH is going to take the bed down tomorrow (the one in the nursery) and put the crib up! YAY! Now I can really start in lol! How are you feeling?

lilmzk: Aww, I see! Yes, too bad the nurse or another doc can't give you your results! Good luck with your hpt!!! Fingers will be crossed for you :) I only took a trigger shot with this IVF cycle, but I know women have taken a trigger to ensure ovulation while on clomid. Like ad_06 taking ovidrel. Well, hopefully it won't be necessary to ask your doc about it ;)

ad_06: I'm sure you'll be fine, too :) Yes, update after your appt & thanks for the good luck on my results :)

I forgot to put this in the last post. But I also have PCOS and was put on metformin in 2006 and I got af every 28 - 34 days....except the times I was on clomid because of cysts.

mommyin10 - I will be sure to ask...but I think everything should be fine. Just kind of scary stopping it at first. I'll update after my appt Monday :) I'll keep my fingers crossed for your results!!!!

lilmzk - Do you get monitored on clomid? I know I took clomid for 4 months back in 2006 and it did nothing for me. When I switched to an RE in 09, he put me on femara. My 2nd cycle with femara and IUI, I got a bfp, but ended in an early m/c. Then we took a while off and went back and it didn't make my foliies mature, so the next cycle he upped the dose and gave me an overdril shot the day before the IUI and now I am 10 weeks. Maybe he should give you overdril? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
