Casteberry stomach cramps
Hi ladies since I've started using Casteberry I experience stomach cramps everyday is it normal or what? please help if I should continue using it mayb it will stop when it gets into my system. ?
When I was doing my research on this they say that some people can get stomach irration and they should take it with food now when it comes to the cramping like ur period those are normal. I got them in the beginning too but once I kept taking it they kinda stopped on their own. Now mind you they help regulate ur period and with ovulation as well. Just stick it out and see how it works for u because it worked great for me.
