Clomid and Ovulation

I normally have 30 -32 day cycles. Last month I ovulated on CD16.  Should I expect the same ovulation time now that I am taking 100mg Clomid - or does the Clomid usually make women ovulate later? earlier?

I am on my first round of clomid, I o on my own too but the Dr wanted to bring my cycles closer together and get me to ovulate sooner from my long cycles, it worked I normally o on cd 19-26 but this time I o'd on cd 16...good luck

Hi there, i've just completed my first cycle of clomid 50mg...i think i'm ovulating today because i took a predictor test yesterday and it gave me two lines the same color.That would mean day 16 and i usually have a 28 day cycle. I ovulate like you do and did it to increase the follicles as well. I was wondering how it went for you?
I have a yeast infection :-( unfortunately.
Sat (day 13) my gyn took a look and i had 2 big follicles. He also gave me a diflucan pill for the yeast infection and i tried 'garlic' as a home remedy but i think i still have it. We still did have intercorse on sunday and monday but we were both pretty unconfortable.
I think we'll have to go for another round but my gyn doesn't want me to retake the clomid on my next cycle since i had such a good response to it???
Did you take it for more than one cycle?

It can go either way with Clomid. For me, it was earlier. But, many women post that it made theirs later. I am not sure what makes the difference. I ovulate on my own. But, used Clomid to increase # of follicles.
