Can I be infertile? =(

I am becoming more and more worried. I am in my late 20's and have never been able to conceive. I am on my fourth cycle of clomid but I'm loosing hope. I have done salpinogram (i may have spelled that wrong) and the Dr. said everything is ok.. Same thing with my bloodwork. I also have a close to normal menstrual cycle earliest was 25 and latest was 35.. My cycle pretty much got later after clomid which from what I know is normal. Anyways, can I be just another case of unexplained infertility?        =*(

Thank you all for your responses. =) I have never posted on any of these sites so I was a bit skeptical.
Stillwaiting, I have had the HSG done (very painful by the way) and the Doctor said uterus looked pretty healthy and my tubes weren't clogged so at least that went ok. I had that procedure done in september of last year.
I have also seen an RE but due to insurance company, I wasn't able to continue seeing him.  Then again I really wasn't happy with the way I was being treated there. I would wait hours just to see someone (by the way it was never the same RE, they were a team of 5 so each appt I would see a different RE and I was not happy with that) once I went in, they would talk to me for like 5 minutes and try to send me on my way.
My partner is basically  in good health. He also has children from his previous relationship which makes me feel even worst because I know the problem lies within me.  My current gyn told me if I don't conceive by the 6th cycle of clomid he will refer me to an RE within the hospital he works for. Hopefully they accept my insurance. =/
Nicki and Bam I wish you the best of Luck with the IUI and Femara. Baby dust to you =)
If it makes you feel any better, I have a friend that gave birth to her son after being diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago. She said she just stopped trying and sure enough, she got a little surprise. =)

My husbands count is great (above average) and I have unexplained infertility... I don't ovulate on my own (due to slight PCOS on the right ovary) we are scheduled to do iui with femara next cycle. I would definitely ask your doc about your other options.

I agree with Heather and stillwaiting.  My DH are officially in the "unexplained" category although he has a slight morphology problem.  Our next step is IUI with Femara.

Did your husband or partner ever have a semen analysis done? If not, I think that would be the logical next step. No reason to do any further tests on you if the problem lies with him. If he's already had a SA, and everything was normal, then the next step would be doing clomid with IUI. If still no success, possibly a laparoscopic surgery, stronger fertility drugs and if all else fails, IVF. I definitely agree with stillwaiting, though, if you're not seeing an RE yet, I would start there...

Best of luck with everything!

IIf you do have unexplained infertility it doesn't mean that you can't have a baby. I have unexplained infertility, all tests point to healthy eggs, ovaries, and I ovulate. Are you seeing an RE? I went to a gyno for 11 months and he had me on Femara. I went to an RE and was pregnant within 3 months, he increased my doesage and ordered a trigger with timed BD.  Have you had an HSG?
