Dip in BBT & -ve OPK

Today my BBT went low 96.2 compared to all the other day readings which ranges between 96.5 and 97.2. But still my OPK result came out to be -ve.  Which one I should believe BBT or OPK. Also had slight low abdomen cramps today morning. Taking clomid, tracking BBT & using OPK omg confused to the core. Does anyone faced the same situation like mine ?

Faluda, I would highly reccomend that fertility friend ap or if you don't have the ability of an app they have there website too, it will detect ovulation automatically once the temps that are pit in indicate a rise :)

It is confusing. I started charting again this month and I think my temperatures are too low even past my expected ovulation day. I was reading information regarding BBT and it said that post-ovulatory temperatures range from 97.7 upward and mine havent been so high. I'm also thinking I didn Not ovultate this month either. I also didnt find a match on my OPK lines. I will be taking Clomid next week when my period arrives. I'm going to start on 100 mg. Let's see what happens.

Hi, Am on CD 19 today (04/06/2012). Of course I take the temp at the same time & before doing any king of activity. My temp dipped on CD15 to 96.2 & Spiked on CD15 to 96.8 then to 97.0 on next day. Finally on CD18 & CD19 it was 96.9. It's little bit confusing for me to detect whether I ovulated or not, because I started this BBT charting only this month.

what Cd are you on? In some people their temps dip the day before they raise with ovulation, if your past ovulation, some peoples temp dips during implantation, I think the rule of thumb is as long as, it goes back up if you are past ovulation, after one day you are fine, Just remember to temp chart at the same time everyday :) luck to you
