EXPERTS ADVICE PLS,,,,

Hi dear ones,,
Iam trying to conceive, i used to do yoga. But as iam on this treatment, i stopped doing yoga. Now my weight is 149lbs, (5.2"). My bmi is showing iam obese. Iam on treatment in this cycle. But upto now my doctor has not spoken about this issue?
My question is,
1)Can i get pregnant with this weight?
2)Or can i go for weight reduction plans that uses protein therapy, cellulite therapy, body forming...which they say not to give any side effects,,,if i fail to conceive this cycle?
3)What is the weight you think i can be,,,?
4)I feel heavy around my bust 39" whereas my waist is 29", my hip is 41",,,I feel awkward with this huge bust...normally i used to 36'...Is this because of PCO`s?
5)Iam taking progesterone supplements,,my tummy is like ballon always,,from 29" to 34" sometimes. Is this because of Progestrone or PCO`s?
PLS ADVICE>.............

Oh, I just remembered something. I'm not that familiar with PCOS, but I know that it can cause weight gain. I think some of the women on here are on metformin for PCOS, and if I've understood this correctly, I think metformin can help regulate your weight, as well....but I'm totally not sure about this. Maybe someone else on here who has PCOS can give you some more info.

Hi Sri! I think the progesterone definitely could have something to do with the increase in your bust. My breasts always feel tender and fuller after ovulation, and especially when I'm on fertility meds (since that usually raises progesterone). The meds can also make you feel more bloated in general, and therefore make you feel bigger than you really are. As for your weight and height, I'm not really sure what the ideal weight is...but it doesn't sound like your weight is high enough to be causing any fertility problems.

I wouldn't think doing yoga would interfere with your treatment, though...maybe you could ask your doctor next time, if he thinks you can continue with that. It might even be a good thing, since yoga helps relax your body too!

Best of luck!
