Embryos

Someone told me recently that they can remove embryos from a uterus if someone has too many.  Is this true?  Can it cause damage to the other embryos.  Are they able to remove them and give them to someone else.  I am asking because I have numerous friends that are having difficulty conceiving and if I can help them out, I will.

Thank you.  That is what I thought.  I was just asking people on the forum because I did not want to be judged that I wanted to have an abortion.  So, I asked here instead of with my RE.  My belief is that you will not be given more than you can handle.  I am a little concerned with the amount of mature follicles I have, but was only looking for a way to help my friends.  I will just get and keep what I get, if I get lucky.
Thanks.
