I have had endometriosis for 19 years. At some point, a pharmacist told me to stop eating soy. It was in everything... food, shampoo, lotion, make up, soy milk. Ha ha. Soy converts into estrogen in your body, which fees endometriosis. It has made my periods much less severe. I have now stopped all gluten as well and that has also helped tremendously. I'm not going to lie, it's a pain in the butt, but it's worth it to feel so much better.

Hi

I have been a sufferer for 16 years and i find that paracedemal and codine and ibrufon (as ibrufon) is not a pain killer it's an anti inflammatory. I also use a hot water bottle place on my lower abdominal. I am just 3 days away from taking a preg test through ICIS due to this disease making me unabae to conceive naturally. I am 29 and if this cycle doesn't work that's my next opinion. Hope u get this under control. It's living he'll every month x
