Everything went wrong

Ok, so, doc doubled my Letrozole this cycle and for first time had more than one follicle growing so had hope this time..a little history, I have PCOS and Agressive Endometriosis. 2 failed IUI's so far with letrozole and HCG inj. Before that, Clomid for 9 months with no success. So this time again, follicles on the left stopped growing at 14mm, and the one on the right was 24mm today but was a anuovulated.. Spelling may be wrong. But I didn't release the egg and my lining wouldn't get thicker than 6mm and today was 4mm, and I'm on ViVelle to help thicken my lining.. So liming won't thicken and I am not releasing eggs, even on all the fertility meds... Any advice?? Anyone with same experiences??

Also forgot to add that clomid in some people can actually thin ur lining so that may be why u r having an issue with it now.

They aren't giving you a trigger shot to make u release the egg?  Maybe you could ask.  I took estrace to thicken my lining.  At least the leteozol worked some.  Good luck.
